We have Bosch, Delphi and Nippon Denso test equipment among others, and are able to test and repair all types of diesel injection equipment, even some of the more unusual makes which are difficult to find repairers for, i.e., Caterpillar, Detroit, Diesel Kiki (electronic) Covec.


Literally our daily routine might include servicing a Bosch twin rack electronic commercial vehicle pump, to a 50 year old Lucas Kelvin pump, while testing wiring and sensors on an electronically controlled common rail diesel car.


We also use and have developed our own equipment for identifying engine faults. An area very important in separating the cause of the symptom between engine fault and fuel injection fault, or a combination of both, and are then fully capable of stripping and rebuilding engines, including all the machining processes ourselves. Although we have reduced this type of engine repair work over recent years as the repair of Diesel Injection Equipment is our main business. But it does show our in depth experience.


One customer was surprised at how we could identify a cracked valve seat, when a previous compression test showed no problems, we were also able to tell him which cylinder and which valve, and this was without dismantling the head.


This gives us a great understanding of faults when customers describe symptoms, as more than likely we have already experienced the complaint before in some form or another, although there isn't a day that goes by that we don't learn something new!!!


We offer a post or courier service to destinations all over the UK and have supplied reconditioned units to Continental Europe, Africa, Australasia, Asia and South America.
